To start the return process, please email us at: contact@qshim.com. Please include pictures of the damaged package and your order confirmation number. After we receive your email, we will review the damage and inform you on what the next step will be.

We currently offer three different size plaque. As well as a couple exterior tested grade stakes. The plaque sizes are:

#1 – 4″x4″

#2 – 2″x3.5″

#3 – 1.3″x2.75

At QSHIM; we use USPS, UPS, and Fedex to ship our products.

We do offer international shipping. International shipping rates and times apply.

By displaying your QSHIM plaque by a gravestone, next to your historical building, or simply having it displayed in your home or office, anyone can scan the QR code or imput the serial number into our “Search Stories” link on our site.
